This year saw the return of HappySpritz@Guggenheim, one of the most highly anticipated events of Venice’s summer calendar. The evening was organized by the Peggy Guggenheim Collection in cooperation with Aperol Spritz, and allowed visitors the opportunity to visit the museum after hours.
The occasion is a unique opportunity to visit the Peggy Guggenheim Collection from 8 to 10 pm. Guests sip Aperol Spritz in the sculpture garden while listening to live music from an array of DJs at every event: David Smirney (Monday, 6th of May), Ad Bourke (Monday, 10th of June) and Dorian Concept (1st of July).
During the HappySpritz@Guggenheim one can visit the Peggy Guggenheim’s Palazzo on the Grand Canal outside of the normal opening hours. The Museum contains a rich collection of modern and contemporary art as well as the temporary exhibition, Robert Motherwell: the First Collages, beginning May 26th. Entry €12, reduced €5 with the Young Pass, 2 Aperol Spritz are included.
